All kuksa are treated with a specially produced wood balm after production and before delivery. This protects the wood from dirt and wear! Our balm is made from 100% natural ingredients such as beeswax, honey, and ash. It is completely food-safe and skin-friendly.

Before first use, the cup should be thoroughly rinsed and activated with lukewarm, clear water.

• Do not wash in the dishwasher.
• Clean with clean water (without detergent)
• store in a dry place
• Before first use, fill with lukewarm salt water, let stand for 2-3 hours
• If not in use for a long time, oil with linseed oil or walnut oil.
