Carving and spoon knife, extremely sharpened, with hand-stitched leather sheath

These carving knives with their custom-made leather sheaths are real eye-catchers! All blades have been honed to an extremely sharp edge on a Japanese waterstone and then polished to a mirror finish. Each knife comes with a custom-made, hand-stitched leather sheath, finished with high-quality saddle stitching.

The choice is between the classic straight carving knife with a total length of approx. 16cm and a blade length of approx. 6cm or the tapered, curved "spoon knife" with a total length of approx. 15cm.

The birch wood handles were carved and then shaped into an ergonomic and comfortable grip using various sanding techniques. To ensure their longevity, a linseed oil mixture was applied to seal and protect the wood pores.

Each knife is unique and may differ slightly in color and shape from the example images shown.
