Carving & spoon knife, extremely sharp with hand-sewn leather sheath

These carving knives with custom-made leather sheaths are real eye-catchers! All blades were sharpened to an "extremely sharp" finish on a Japanese water stone and then polished to a mirror finish. Each knife comes with a custom-fitted, hand-stitched leather sheath featuring the highest-quality saddle stitching.

You can choose between the classic straight carving knife with a total length of approx. 16 cm and a blade length of approx. 6 cm or the tapered, curved "spoon knife" with a total length of approx. 15 cm.

The birchwood handles were carved and then sanded using various techniques to create an ergonomic and comfortable grip. For durability, a linseed oil mixture was applied to seal and protect the wood pores.

Each knife is unique and may vary slightly in color and shape from the sample images shown.
